Returns & Refunds Policy
All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed.
The only exception is if your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect. If this happens, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging.
If your claim is approved, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.
Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for a refund or replacement.
