At Poser Apparel, every order is made through a print-on-demand process. This means your item is produced after your order is placed, so please allow time for both production and shipping.

Processing & Production Time

Orders usually take 2–7 business days to be processed and produced before they are shipped. During busy periods, production may take longer.

Shipping Time

After your order has been produced, shipping times may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

Estimated delivery time is usually 5–12 business days after production.

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout before you place your order.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you may receive tracking information by email if tracking is available for your order.

Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, incorrect shipping information, weather, customs, holidays, or other events outside of our control.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Poser Apparel is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot find it, please check with your local carrier, neighbors, household members, or building/mailroom first.

International Shipping

International shipping availability may vary. Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or additional charges required by their country.
